Celebrating 200 Years in Franklin County
2008 Annual Woodsmen's Day Parade

Saturday, July 12th  at 10:00am

The Tupper Lake Woodsmen's Association is pleased to announce the theme of this year's parade as Celebrating 200 Years in Franklin County - proudly sponsored by the Franklin County Bi-Centennial Committee!

We are excited to reflect on our rich history here in the Adirondacks - from logging to farming and everything in between that our fine county has provided to its residents for over 200 years!

The parade kicks off on  Saturday at 10:00am on Park Street for the 2008 Tupper Lake Woodsmen's Day Parade.  When you hear the siren, watch and listen as bands from across the region perform for your entertainment plus some very special characters will be making an appearance.  Civic organizations and businesses display floats with a variety of themes.   View wood products and equipment as they roll through town on their way to the Municipal Park.
